We have four bedrooms available, 3 with queen-size beds and 1 with king-size bed. We have shared bathroom facilities with separate toilet, and a second shower and toilet available in the laundry. There is a guest lounge with fridge, TV and video, as well as the convenience of tea and coffee-making facilities. From the guest lounge, you will have a magnificent view of Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island and the reflections of the city lights at night-time and, if you are lucky, a beautiful moon.
